Types of Winhitech’s DECK PLATE

  EXTRA DECK

  Steel wire integrated DECK PLATE

  A pre-fabricated truss joined with embossed steel plate, the DECK allows workers to reduce the amount of rebar assembly work in the site, enables to reduce the thickness of floor slab as compared to the corrugated or synthetic decks. As less weight is exerted on the floor thanks to the prefabricated trusses, it can be installed without any supporting scaffold.

  COLOR DECK

  Powder-coated DECK PLATE

  This type of deck plate is coated with environment-friendly powder coating that protects the surface of the deck bottom from rust or corrosion. The high quality coating prevents any scratch or stains in the bottom during production or installation of the deck plate, while beautiful colors matching the building allows the owner to create a space differentiate from general decks.

  NOVA DECK / LUNA DECK

  Stripping DECK PLATE

  It facilitates easy maintenance of the deck plate by identifying any rust in the steel plate, cracks in the slab or leaks since they were not welded but bolted together to ensure disassembly of truss girder and zinc-coated steel plates, while the removed steel plates can be recycled easily.

  Composite DECK PLATE

  Developed to use the deck plate as supplemental structures by integrating the rebar concrete structure and deck plates, the composite deck plate was embossed along its corrugated surfaces to maximize the contact area with the concrete structure.

  FLAT DECK PLATE

  An embossed plate processed to have T-type rib on the surface, the flat deck plate can minimize the thickness of slab as compared to corrugated or composite decks and accommodates two directional laying out of rebar along the slab.
